BENEFIT TOURNAMENT OF COMPANIES

On Saturday, June 22, the anticipated football competition between local companies took place. Five companies from Vsetín took part in the tournament.

Despite the bad weather in the morning, the first year of the tournament was held in the spirit of fair-play and in a good mood. None of the players were injured, the results were very close and the performances of all the teams were balanced. Our team lacked a little bit of shooting luck, but despite the fact that several members cancelled their participation in the tournament at the last minute for personal or health reasons, they fought bravely. Right before the tournament, the team was completed with two young promising footballers. One woman also found her place there. We were also represented in the kitchen, where Mr. Martin Hnátek cooked a great goulash.

Team members: Václav Polášek, Robin Biel, Miriam Natali Geržová, Jiří Vaculík, David Brhlík, Martin Chvátal, Josef Orság, Ondřej Sedlák, Ondřej Makyča, Adam Opálka, Matyas Příhoda a Lukáš Ondruch.

Representatives of FC Fastav Vsetín handed over a cheque for 30 thousand CZK to the children's department of the Vsetín hospital. This amount was raised from an internet auction of football and ice-hockey jerseys.
