Initiators are identified, according to their production technology; they include the Glass-to-metal sealed squib (GTMS) and the Plastic squib (PLSQ). Both are used as ignition units in gas generators for seatbelts. In addition, the Glass-to-metal sealed squib is an integral part of the process of initiating airbag inflators. 

The Glass-to-metal sealed squib (GTMS) is a pyrotechnic initiator made from a glass-to-metal sealed header and pyrotechnic charges pressed into a metal cup. 

The Plastic squib (PLSQ) is a pyrotechnic initiator consisting of a plastic body, a bridge-wire dipped in an ignition charge and a plastic cup filled with a booster charge. 

The pin-type Micro-gas generator is used in various types of seatbelt pretensioners as a propulsion unit. 

The integral part of the Micro-gas generator is either a Plastic or Glass-to-metal sealed squib (PLSQ/ GTMS) for ignition along with smokeless powder loaded into a metal cup for the generation of gas.  

The Lead-wire micro-gas generator (LWMGG) is used in various types of seatbelt pretensioners as a propulsion unit. 

The LWMGG consists of either a Glass-to-metal sealed squib or a fusehead for ignition along with smokeless powder loaded into a cup for gas generation.  

Actuators are positioned among products known as higher assemblies. They are used for pedestrian safety systems, active headrest systems, battery disconnecting devices, and in other applications. 

The Actuator is a pyrotechnic device consisting of an initiator, a piston, a body and, optionally, a lead-wire harness. 

Energetic materials include GAS GENERANT (GG) and GREEN PROPELLANT (GP) 

The Gas generant (GG) is a pyrotechnic mixture able to generate large amounts of nitrogen and other gasses when ignited. GG tablets are used in inflators, which are integral components in airbags. 

The Green propellant (GP) is an environmentally friendly and non-toxic powder used in seatbelt applications. 

Our products are used to a lesser extent in areas outside of the automotive industry such as in fire extinguishing systems, in drone rescue systems, and in rescue systems used in recreational activities such as cycling, skiing and mountaineering (e.g. inflatable bicycle helmets, avalanche rescue systems, etc.).
