Kaizen bonus
At the end of the year, our employees came up with a lot of great ideas on how to do things better – what a success! Sixty-four colleagues participated in Kaizen improvement in November and December 2025, submitting a total of 122 suggestions. On January 15, the Senior Manager of the Safety Promotion Division, Mr. Akitoshi Hironaka drew the winner of an extraordinary bonus of CZK 5,000; congratulations go to Ms. Veronika Zimková from Location 4, and a big thank you to our employees for their activities, ideas, and desire to move things forward. Keep it up – it’s well worth it!
