Kaizen bonus
At the end of the year, our employees came up with a lot of great ideas on how to do things better. And it was worth it! Sixty four colleagues participated in Kaizen improvement in November and December 2025, submitting a total of 122 suggestions. On January 15, the Senior Manager of the Safety Promotion Division, Mr. Akitoshi Hironaka drew the winner of an extraordinary bonus of CZK 5,000, who became Veronika Zimková from location 4. Congratulations to Ms. Veronika and big thanks to our employees for their activities, ideas and desire to move things forward. Keep it up – it makes sense!
